Fusilli one time, was hand made, and with fast movement was twisted a spaghetto around needle. It cames from short pasta family to straight cut.

Spinach fusilli, from Del Duca pasta factory, are obtained utilising italians raw materials, are bronze dies, quality that gives roughness, and keep oneself any kind of dressing

Spinach pasta can be tasted with various dressing. Among the various condiments, is very pleasant if dressed with a season vegetables boiled, or with a tomato souse. It is particulary tasty if combined with fish, meat sause or ricotta sause, and vegetables souse.

Manufacturer history

Del Duca pasta factory is a little artisanal pasta factory placed in south Apulia. Born in 2003 by family ideas, by will and passion of Daniele Marsano and his wife, they came back in their origin town, Parabita (Lecce), creates by their idea a new productive model with better economic results without compromising product qualities. They started with fresh pasta production, gave the opportunity to understanding and studing raw material, wheat, and discovering its behaviourism and reaction with water or heat. After anderstanding all necessary knowledge, in 2005 start dried pasta production. Del Duca pasta realised with high quality calibrated durum wheat, with high proteic value, is results of low and accuracy job, with bronze dies. In Del Duca pasta factory, pasta is dried and expansed, not hanging, with 40c, for not distressing pasta and to preserve a natural assimilation, giving a good protein apport and an artisanal pasta with rude surface. Being a little artisanal factory, del Duca doesn't produces more of 300kg, 50kg for hour of daily artisanal pasta, divided in different formats.
