Details
The Warning hop is an "american Pale Ale", style born in American west coast. Double malt beer, very bitter (65 IBU) with middle alcohol (7%) made with DRY HOPPING technic. Very intense and resinous perfume, large foam, big bubbles and great persistence in the glass, of amber color with orange shades. In the mouth you can taste caramel, very balanced.
The hops bitter you feel in the end but not too dry thanks the carbonization technic aid to ease resinous bitter flavour. It's combine well to cold cuts, cheeses or roasted meat.

Raffaele Longo was been captured by a book which talking about michel jackson the most important world beer expert, recently died, leaving all the knowledge to Lorenzo Da Bove from Genoa, best italian expert in belgian beer. From this experience was born in lecce in 2008 the B94 brewery that with passion and research taking ideas from continental cultures, making different beers with high fermentation, without pasteurization process or microfiltration.
